This includes but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Verification is required before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold and may be requested at any time for compliance purposes.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya55 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Taya55 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. 3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your taya55 account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. Taya55 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or where you have shared access with another person.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Taya55 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your taya55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be transferred to your registered payment method. Balances below the minimum threshold will be held for 30 days to allow for dispute resolution before forfeiture.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Taya55 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your taya55 wallet instantly or within the processing time specified by your payment provider.

Taya55 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 2 minutes for standard amounts under ₱500,000. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Taya55 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.

Taya55 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above ₱500,000 or where unusual activity is detected. Players are required to withdraw to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Payment Method Requirements

• Deposits and withdrawals must use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals involving someone else's payment account — are not permitted on taya55.
• Taya55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted on taya55.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

Bets on taya55 are only valid once they have been accepted by the system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed — for example due to connection interruption before the bet slip was submitted — are not valid. Taya55 is not responsible for bets not received due to technical failures on the user's side.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and event. The minimum stake for most sports betting markets on taya55 is ₱100. Maximum payout limits per event also apply and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Taya55 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual players or individual markets at its discretion.

5.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If an event on which you have placed a bet is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, taya55 will void the affected bet and return your stake to your wallet. Where a multi-leg parlay includes a voided selection, the bet will be recalculated without the voided leg. 5.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Taya55 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were the result of an obvious error or technical malfunction — for example, a clear pricing feed error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, affected players will be notified and stakes returned. This applies even where bets have been confirmed by the system.

5.5 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets on taya55 may be suspended at any time, for example following a significant in-game event. Bets submitted during a suspension window may be rejected. Taya55 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to live market suspensions. In-play bet results are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets unless specifically noted otherwise in the product rules.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Promotion Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered on taya55 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Taya55 reserves the right to void bonus balances, associated winnings, and — in repeated or egregious cases — suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Taya55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have already met the qualifying criteria before any change. Promotions are available to eligible registered players only unless otherwise stated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya55 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one taya55 account per person.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's identification documents.
• Underage gambling: Registering or betting while under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage gambling by sharing account access.
• Money laundering: Using taya55 to layer, place, or integrate illegally obtained funds. Taya55 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage and trading strategies: Using taya55 in combination with other platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, in a manner that systematically exploits pricing discrepancies.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated betting software to place bets on taya55.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to create a guaranteed outcome in poker, live dealer games, or any other peer-competitive product on taya55.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate taya55 transactions with your payment provider while retaining winnings or bonuses related to those transactions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya55 platform — including but not limited to the taya55 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, odds data, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of taya55 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the taya55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any taya55 content without prior written permission from taya55. Scraping odds data, game results, or any other taya55 data using automated means is prohibited. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, taya55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds pricing that are corrected under Section 5.4.

Taya55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur, during which services may be temporarily unavailable. Taya55 will use reasonable efforts to minimise service interruptions and to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Taya55's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — regardless of the nature of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya55 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

Taya55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. By registering on taya55, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Termination by Taya55

In cases of termination for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

12.3 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting taya55 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to their normal outcome, with winnings and returned stakes credited to your account before final closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree 1869 (as amended), Republic Act 9487, and any regulations issued by PAGCOR. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and taya55 regarding a bet outcome, account decision, or the interpretation of these Terms, the matter may first be raised with our customer support team for informal resolution. Taya55 commits to responding to formal disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint process.
